Abstract | Small and medium enterprises are important force for the development of Chinese economy. In order to help their growth, central and local governments exert their efforts in various aspects. And when the industry is much boomer, supporting from local government will be more effective in push the expansion of small and medium enterprises. In another words, when the macro-economy is in boom period, government supporting will stimulate the small and medium firms to do more researches in new products and technology, and to more eager to expand to abroad. Our results show that local government should pay more attention to the time and method of their supporting for small and medium firms in order to be more effectively and efficiently. |
