| Abstract | Corruptions in public goods providing, as great economic restrictions, now receive great scale of concern. Nevertheless in China, there are few theoretical methods for solution. Baron and Myerson put forward the method regulating monopolies as their followers perfected. We attempt to widen the regulating method for solutions for corruptions in bureaucracy and to prove the influence that bureaucratic system offers. Through analysis of proxy agency, systematic corruptions are attested. Moreover, two amend methods which are efficient for decreasing corruptions are presented. |
