| Abstract | Based on panel data of 29 China’s provinces and regions，this paper uses dynamic panel GMM method to solve the endogenous problems of international R&D spillovers，with DEA method to calculating the Malmquist index of provincial TFP，and then estimates the transmission channels and mechanism of international R&D spillovers. We can find that foreign R&D has significantly improved the provincial international R&D spillovers to a very great extent but little of domestic R&D capital，FDI is supposed to be the most important channel in international R&D spillovers，the effect of international R&D spillovers from import is more than export，Increasing of human capital can accelerate technological catching-up speed. From regional economic point further study find the effect of international R&D spillovers from FDI in eastern region is the significantly highest, the effect of international R&D spillovers from import have obvious difference in different regions. The estimate coefficient of international R&D spillovers from export in central and western regions is negative, have not crossed “"Technical Threshold effect”. |
