Abstract:Chinas future competitive capacity in the international market depends considerably on the development of service industry.It is because only the development of service industry could open up the domestic market,create domestic demand and cope further with the international market.The development of service industry is also the essential condition for the manufacturing industry in the meaning of creating higher value.Therefore,China should use well the moment of its WTO entry for the first time open its service industry,raise service industrys overall development level in order to promote the growth of national economy.

Abstract:This paper suggests that a deeper study of the basic subject which comprises socialist labor and labor theory of value is the development and enhancement of labors content.Therefore,the paper holds that the labor of tertiary industry should be regarded as productive labor creating value,scientific and technological labors often contain knowledgeable wealth and have unique innovative ability in the economic development,managerial labor is the high-level intellectual labor,and it incarnates organizational ability which can be provided only by the human labor.In result,Chinas actual distribution system must correctly take into consideration the reality and rationality of the productive factors to participate in the value distribution,as well as the contribution which the capital makes for the economic growth.

Abstract:Labor market segregation between urban and rural areas was the product of governmental development strategy giving priority to heavy industry,and is sustained for the protection urban residents job security.A statistical analysis of determination of planned migration and a case study of employment policy evolution have been utilized to prove above hypothesis.The policy implication is that hukou system is the institutional basis of employment protection in the labor market and is definitive abolishment depends on a complete of reforms in various fields.

Abstract:There are diametrically opposed views in academic circles on the impacts of the price and quantity regarding the fixed quotas for purchasing grain on grain supply.This study attempts to make a further analysis both theoretically and empirically.In this article three different models of supply respose to the dual price system are developed based on marginal theory,partial regulation model and the theory of price expectation.The empirical analysis shows that both the quantity and the price of the fixed quotas for purchasing grain make a notable impact on grain output and the market-oriented reform of grain purchase and marketing is the important condition to give full play to the local comparative advantage.

Abstract:We examine the relationship between firm valuemarket-book ratio and equity structure based on a sample of 20 listed companies in household electric appliances.We find no significant relationship between firm value and equity structure. We think that equity structure is a commercial choice of firms forced by commercial competition and capital markets.It is important to enhance the functions in appraisal of companies strategy,performance and corporate governance,and corporate control markets.
