| 内容提要 | 哪些因素影响着中国农村公共物品的供给水平？本文运用全国性的定量数据，试图探讨这一问题。借鉴迪尔凯姆的道德视角以及文化经济学新近广泛开展的有关普遍道德的实证研究，本文从普遍道德的角度理解公共物品供给中的集体行动问题，并探讨普遍道德对于中国农村公共物品供给的影响效果。实证研究与数据分析显示，中国农村的普遍道德存量是影响村庄公共物品供给中不可忽视的重要因素之一。在此基础上，本文进一步探索培育普遍道德的可能路径。研究发现，经济因素、社会信任与公共参与对于培育个体的普遍道德具有积极影响，并着重强调公共参与对培育普遍道德的重要作用。增加人们的公共参与渠道、提升其普遍道德水平，或为有效提升中国农村公共物品供给的新路径。 |
| Abstract | What are the determinants of public goods provision in rural China? Generalized morality may be an important factor. Using a representatively nation-wide sample, this article seeks to explore the link between generalized morality and the public goods provision in rural China. The findings reveal that generalized morality is correlated with public goods provision in rural China. Further analysis shows that civic engagement can foster the generalized morality. As a result, increase civic engagement and generalized morality will be an effective way to promote the public goods provision in rural China. |
