| 内容提要 | 城镇化进程涉及到多个因素的变化，这些因素对劳动收入不平等变化具有不同的影响，有必要分解相关因素的影响，并总结其规律性。在合理选择不平等指标的基础上，本文利用劳动收入不平等等式的动态可分解性：给出城镇正式部门扩张率与劳动收入不平等增长率之间的数量关系；分解出劳动收入不平等水平与城镇正式部门扩张之间的“倒U型”联系；分析了其他因素对劳动收入不平等变化的影响。多种因素的合力，共同决定城镇化和劳动收入不平等之间存在多重的动态均衡关系。最后，本文结合劳动收入平等约束和城镇化的结构变化规律，探讨了城镇化路径选择的基本原则。 |
| Abstract | Urbanization is a process in which variations of many factors are involved. These factors make different effects on the evolution of earning inequality, so it is essential to decompose and analyze these effects. This paper makes?a?selection?of?inequality?indexes, and applies the dynamic decomposability of the earning inequality formula to present a simple model of earning inequality during the course of urbanization. This framework can be used to analyze (ⅰ) the quantifiable relationship between the growth rate of urban formal sectors and that of earning inequality, (ⅱ) the inverted U path of earning inequality with the enlargement of urban formal sectors, and (ⅲ) the impact of other factors on the earning inequality. Further, we point out that there are multiple dynamic equilibria between the urbanization process and the evolution of earning inequality. Finally, we put forward fundamental principles in the path choice of urbanization, which put the constraint of earning inequality and contractual changes of urbanization into consideration. |
