服务业集聚对区域FDI流入差异的影响：基于中国城市的实证分析

| 内容提要 | 本文从新经济地理学视角出发，尝试在探索制造业、服务业以及外资企业产业集聚对FDI流入的影响基础上，进一步将服务业分为生产性、消费性及公共服务业，分析不同服务业集聚对FDI流入的影响；同时引入相邻城市产业集聚对FDI流入的相互影响分析。我们采用全国288个地级及以上城市2003-2008年面板数据进行实证分析。研究发现，城市服务业集聚有利于吸引FDI，而制造业集聚和外资集聚则不利于吸引FDI，其中，生产性和公共性服务业集聚对FDI流入的促进作用较为明显，相邻城市之间的产业集聚在吸引FDI方面存在明显的竞争关系。 |
| Abstract | This paper investigates the effects of service agglomeration on FDI inflow in China based on the new economic geography, while the 288 city data is used in the period of 2003 to 2008. Being a consideration with roles of agglomeration in manufacture and foreign firms’ agglomeration, this paper pays more attention to the service agglomeration. We subdivided the service sector into producer, consumer and public service, and investigate their influence on FDI inflow. We test both within and across cities agglomeration effect on FDI. The results suggest that foreign firm and manufactures agglomeration have negative impact on FDI. However, the service agglomeration shows positive and significant impact on FDI inflow. The producer and public service agglomeration shows positive impact on FDI inflow more significantly. The results also suggest there are competitions between neighboring cities on attracting FDI. |
